Both beginners and experienced gardeners welcome.
During the growing season, March through November, work bees to keep up with gardening tasks required in the beds in front of the library, usually followed by educational seminars.
On Wednesday, May 8 from 4:30 - 6 pm we will transplant, weed and prune in the gardens. From 7- 8 pm we will hear from Sandy Montrose, long-time all-jobs worker at a large garden center . We asked Sandy to give us advice on "Choosing Plants at a Garden Center", how to know which of the lot is best, and why.
