Meeting Rooms Policy
Room bookings must be submitted 2 weeks in advance.
Conference Room Rental Fees:
- Nonprofit groups and organizations: $10/2 hours, $5/hour for each additional hour.
- For-profit organizations: $20/2 hours, $10/hour for each additional hour.
The Community Room will be unavailable from February 2026 through June 2026 due to renovations. Please check the Conference Room for availability or view this list of alternative meeting room spaces in the Community.
- Non-profit groups and organizations: $45.00/First 2 hours, $15.00/hour for each additional hour.
- For-profit organizations: $65.00/First 2 hours, $15.00/hour for each additional hour.

A meeting room is not reserved for you until you hear from a staff member and payment is made. For questions, contact (248) 618-7683.
Study Rooms Policy
2 hours per day maximum reservation. Reservation will only be held for 10 minutes if others are waiting. No food allowed.
