Reserve a Room (by room)

This is a small study room suitable for studying, tutoring, zoom meetings or very small in-person meetings.  

 

This is a larger study room (12 feet by 17 1/2 feet) suitable for studying, tutoring, meetings, or zoom meetings.  
 

*PLEASE NOTE: Due to the Community Room's upcoming renovation in 2026, the Conference Room will have limited availability for outside groups from February 2026-June 2026 as it will be used for numerous library events. At the end of each month, room reservations will open up for 2 months in the future. For example, at the end of January, reservations will open up for March and so on.

This is a "boardroom" style conference room.  Suitable for meetings or classes of 6-18 people. (Maximum capacity of 18 is temporary during Community Room renovation. Maximum capacity will revert back to 14 when Community Room is available again.)

We are also temporarily offering a Panel Presentation room setup with 1-2 tables up front facing 5 rows of 5 chairs or a Conference room setup with 5 rows of 5 chairs with no tables up front. (Maximum capacity is 30 with an absolute maximum of 25 chairs in audience. Up to 5 more chairs can be at the front of the room in a Panel Presentation room setup. No extra chairs can be added upon request.)
