Event Details
Select and prepare a recipe from the month's cookbook, and we’ll gather for a potluck to discuss the cookbook. Bring all you need to serve the dish. Paper plates, plasticware, napkins, and water will be provided. Registration required. This club meets the fourth Wednesday of each month (there are no summer meetings).
For the potluck, there's no need to double or triple the recipe. Prepare only the number of servings the recipe makes. We'll have plenty of food to sample.
Today's book is Adventures in Slow Cooking by Sarah DiGregorio. We had a limited number of copies in the shared system to check out, so there will be a reference copy at the Adult & Teen Services Reference Desk to use. This title is also available on hoopla.
