Cookbook Club

Select and prepare a recipe from the month's cookbook, and we’ll gather for a potluck to discuss the cookbook. Copies of the book will be available at the Adult & Teen Services Reference Desk for checkout. Bring all you need to serve the dish. Paper plates, plasticware, napkins, and water will be provided. Registration required. This club meets the fourth Wednesday of each month (there are no summer meetings). 

For the potluck, there's no need to double or triple the recipe. Prepare only the number of servings the recipe makes. We'll have plenty of food to sample.

Today's book is The Apple Lover's Cookbook by Amy Traverso. Today's meeting is on the third Wednesday due to Thanksgiving.
