Library Card Sign-up Month

6th – 12th graders who get a library card in September will get a Culver's token good for one scoop of ice cream and can pick out a free book at the Adult Reference desk. Parents or legal guardians must apply for library cards for kids under 18. This offer is valid only for Waterford residents getting their very first Waterford library card and not for replacement cards for active library accounts.
